The LIG Process
The LIG Process consists of 4-steps that are designed to help Christian marketplace leaders impact their peers for Christ. At each stage of the process, LIG provides helpful tools and strategies that have proven to be effective.

Vision – Christian marketplace leaders are engaged through citywide vision events, church connections, and personal contacts.
Training is provided to these leaders through Bursting Your Bubble, a 7-week course on how to have an effective personal ministry in the marketplace and beyond.
Forums – Leadership Forums provide opportunities for the trained Christian leaders to bring spiritually curious peers to hear how faith has impacted other business leaders in the workplace.
Discovery Groups (DGs) are offered as a follow up to the leadership forum for those who want to learn more about the relevance of faith in their professional and personal lives. These DGs are then able to offer their own small outreach events called DG Forums once or twice a year.
As leaders move through and repeat the cycle, the movement in a city continues to grow. To support this process LIG has developed:
International Projects – Through a twinning process between Canadian and Latin American cities, we are able to introduce and establish the LIG Process in cities throughout Latin America and beyond.
Presentation Training and Coaching – A 2 day training course that helps leaders develop their personal life story and an effective leadership presentation.
Other Products and Services – Discovery Group curriculum, QuickStart guides, and training videos are available to guide leaders through each step of the process.
